PROWL ("the App") is developed and operated by Fabien Montique ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: If you sign in with Apple or via email, we receive your display name and email address. If you play as a guest, no account data is collected.

Game data: We store your score, streak, lives balance, prowls balance, and in-app purchase history locally on your device and in your iCloud/Game Center profile.

Usage analytics: We collect anonymised events such as game sessions started, lanes reached, and purchases made. No personally identifiable information is attached to these events.

Device identifiers: Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect your device advertising identifier (IDFA/IDFV) to serve relevant ads. This is subject to your App Tracking Transparency consent choice.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate your account and sync game progress via Game Center
• To process in-app purchases through Apple's StoreKit
• To deliver and improve the in-game advertising experience
• To send optional push notifications (daily bonus reminders) — you can disable these at any time in device Settings
• To investigate support requests

3. Third-Party Services

• Apple Game Center — leaderboards and achievements. Apple Privacy Policy
• Sign in with Apple — optional authentication. Apple does not share your real email with us unless you choose to.

4. Data Retention

Game progress data is stored on your device until you delete the app. Account data (name, email) is retained until you delete your account via Settings → Delete Account. Anonymised analytics may be retained for up to 24 months.

5. Children's Privacy

PROWL is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately at the address below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.
