These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PROWL ("the App"), developed by Fabien Montique. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account

You may play as a guest or create an account using Sign in with Apple or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases

PROWL offers optional in-app purchases including virtual currency ("Prowls"), extra lives, cosmetic items, and an ad-free upgrade ("PROWL Pro").

• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
• Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real currency or goods outside the App.
• All sales are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or rebalance in-game items at any time.

4. Skill-Based Game Disclaimer

PROWL is a skill-based arcade game. In-game prowls represent a score multiplier earned through gameplay. They have no monetary value and do not constitute gambling. No real money is wagered or at risk at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation, bots, or exploits
• Reverse-engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including graphics, code, audio, and the PROWL name — is owned by Fabien Montique and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

7. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of personalised or non-personalised ads as per your consent choice at app launch.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that game progress will never be lost.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabien Montique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
